Scotiabank Welcomes Scott Bonham to Its Board of Directors

Scott is the Co-Founder and Partner of The Fueling Station, a real estate management company that manages properties serving Canadian entrepreneurs and start-up companies. Prior to this role, he helped build a leading venture capital firm, GGV Capital, that raised more than $2 billion and has invested in more than 100 companies through a span of industries including consumer internet, mobile computing and enterprise software, in the U.S. and China.

Prior to co-founding GGV in 2000, he served as Vice President of The Capital Group Companies where he managed technology investments across several mutual funds. Scott also served in various marketing roles at Silicon Graphics.

Scott is an active board member of the C100, an association that connects Canadian entrepreneurs and companies with its Silicon Valley network. In addition, he has extensive private and public company board experience including in audit, nominating, and risk committee roles.
