Saugeen Shores Hosts CWHL(R) Game as Part of Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada Celebrations
SAUGEEN SHORES, ON - February 02, 2016 /CNW/ - Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada's cross-country celebration is coming to Saugeen Shores. Scotiabank will host a Community Skills and Drills Competition as well as photos with the Clarkson Cup, followed by a Canadian Women's Hockey League (CWHL®) game between the Toronto Furies and the Boston Blades at The Plex.
The events in Saugeen Shores are part of the country-wide celebrations for Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada, the biggest celebration of hockey in Canada. The event will be featured as a live remote during the 13-hour Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada broadcast on Sportsnet and CBC.
