TORONTO, ON - December 05, 2013 /CNW/ - Effective immediately, Dynamic Funds has announced a change to the risk rating of Dynamic Strategic Gold Class (the "Fund") from "medium" to "medium-to-high".

In determining risk ratings, we take into consideration both quantitative and qualitative factors such as investment objectives, investment strategies and asset allocations, sector and geographic diversification, as well as the risk ratings of other mutual funds managed by us and our peers with similar investment mandates and strategies as our funds. The Fund was identified as requiring a risk rating change during the course of an annual review of risk ratings performed by 1832 Asset Management L.P., manager of the Dynamic Funds. This new rating does not reflect any changes to the investment objectives, strategies or management of the Fund.

The change to the risk rating is reflected in the simplified prospectus of the Fund filed with Canadian securities regulators.
