Langley Atom A4 Eagles Hockey Team Receives Surprise of a Lifetime When Stanley Cup® Visits Game

 

LANGLEY, BC - February 05, 2014 /CNW/ - The Langley Atom A4 Eagles received an unforgettable surprise today when the iconic Stanley Cup® was the special guest at their postgame celebration.

"We are so excited to bring the Stanley Cup® to the Langley Atom A4 Eagles as part of the Scotiabank Surprise & Delight campaign," said Karen Johnson, Scotiabank Branch Manager. "The Stanley Cup® is such an iconic example of what can be accomplished through hard work, sportsmanship and determination. The Langley Atom A4 Eagles is supported by the Scotiabank Community Hockey Sponsorship Program, which supports over 5,000 minor hockey teams in communities across Canada.

The team was treated to a special photo session and after-party which gave them a chance to get up-close to the Cup.
