Community Welcomed to Scotiabank Game Changers Kickoff BBQ With the Edmonton Eskimos

Program Recognizes Local Heroes Who Give Back to Their Communities

EDMONTON, AB -- May 21, 2014 -- To celebrate a new year of the Scotiabank Game Changers program, Scotiabank and the Edmonton Eskimos are inviting the community to a kick off barbeque, which will have great food, prizes and special guests, Edmonton Eskimos players and cheerleaders! Money raised by the events will go to Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation. 

Scotiabank encourages everyone to take part in this year's Scotiabank Game Changers program by nominating community heroes they want to see recognized during the Edmonton Eskimos regular season. Nominations open on May 28 atwww.scotiabankgamechangers.com. Scotiabank Game Changers will be recognized and awarded $1,000 for the registered charity or non-profit cause of their choice at the first eight Eskimos regular home games this season. Scotiabank will also provide a $25,000 donation to a Scotiabank Game Changer finalist at the final home game of the year.
