(MD) and Scotiabank are pleased to announce a two-year sponsorship of The Flipside Life to support physicians' families by strengthening connections between the spouses and partners of medical students, residents and practising physicians. 

Physicians dedicate themselves to the care of Canadians. We all benefit when they thrive, hence the importance of building strong communities around them.  

The sponsorship will support initiatives that connect physicians' spouses and partners, thus generating peer support and enhancing the lives of physicians' families.

The Better Together Project is one such initiative. This virtual conference is one of the first events in Canada dedicated to the families of physicians who are in training or in practice. The online conference — taking place July 9, 2020 — will bring physician families together and provide inspirational content relevant to all physicians' spouses and partners, wherever they are on their own personal journeys.
