    Road Closure Notice - SUNDAY, June 23, 2013 - Over 7,000 runners expected for the Scotiabank Vancouver Half-Marathon & 5K

    Road closures in effect from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on June 23, 2013

    VANCOUVER, June 19, 2013 /CNW/ - The Scotiabank Vancouver Half-Marathon & 5K gets underway this Sunday, June 23, 2013 at 7:30 a.m., with some 7,000 participants lacing up to run and walk the race. The Scotiabank Vancouver Half-Marathon & 5k will result in road closures in the following locations:

    East Mall to Agronomy to W 16th Ave - south bound Agronomy to W 16th 6:30 a.m. 8:30 a.m.
    W 16th Ave - All lanes from Wesbrook Mall to Marine Drive 7:20 a.m. 9:00 a.m.
    NW Marine Drive - All lanes Wesbrook Mall to Chancellor Blvd 7:20 a.m. 9:00 a.m.
    NW Marine Drive to Chancellor to W 4th Ave 7:20 a.m. 10:00 a.m.
    W 4th Ave - Westbound Curb lane and parking lane from NW Marine to Highbury St 7:45 a.m. 9:30 a.m.
    Highbury St - All lanes W 4th Ave to Point Grey Road 7:50 a.m. 9:45 a.m.
    Point Grey Road - All lanes Highbury St to Alma St. 7:50 a.m. 7:50 a.m.
    Point Grey Road - Westbound lanes Alma to MacDonald St. 7:50 a.m. 9:50 a.m.
    Cornwall Ave. - Westbound lanes MacDonald to Burrard Bridge. 7:55 a.m.  10:00 a.m.
    Burrard Bridge - Southbound two curb lanes from Cornwall to Pacific 8:00 a.m. 10:15 a.m.
    Pacific Ave. - Eastbound Curb lanes Thurlow to Burrard and Burrard Bridge access 8:05 a.m. 10:25 a.m.
    Eastbound lanes plus parking lane from Bidwell into Stanley Park 8:05 a.m. 11:00 a.m.
