Hockey stars coach for over 250 minor girls hockey players!

WINNIPEG, Feb. 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Canadian women's hockey champions Cassie Campbell-Pascall and Sami Jo Small are teaming up to coach over 250 female minor hockey players at the second annual Scotiabank Girls HockeyFest Manitoba in Winnipeg on Sunday, February 17, 2013.  Hockey Manitoba and Scotiabank are bringing the event to the selected players on day one of Scotiabank Girls HockeyFest Manitoba; Brandon will have their turn on Monday, February 18, 2013.

The girls will have an unforgettable day of skills training, fun and encouragement to inspire them to reach for their goals. The all-day event is comprised of on and off-ice training and a keynote address from both coaches.

WHAT:  Scotiabank Girls HockeyFest - Winnipeg
   
WHO:  Cassie Campbell-Pascall, two time Olympic gold medalist and former Captain, Canada Women's Hockey Team;
Sami Jo Small, two time Olympic gold medalist and co-founder of the Canadian Women's Hockey League  Led by certified coaches and instructors from Hockey Manitoba
Over 250 minor girls hockey players from novice, atom, and peewee levels (ages 7 - 12 years)
