ST. JOHN'S, Sept. 26 /CNW/ - Scotiabank today announced initiatives to support rebuilding efforts in Newfoundland and Labrador in the wake of Hurricane Igor.

Scotiabank has committed to working with individual customers and the greater Newfoundland community directly affected by the damage caused by Igor.

Scotiabank also announced a $30,000 corporate donation to assist those in need.
