TORONTO, June 18 /CNW/ - Over 1,200 runners, many in rat-inspired costumes, will be poised at the entrance of Scotia Plaza to run 5km for our community tonight. This flood of "rats" will scurry up and down University Avenue as part of the 9th Annual Scotiabank Rat Race for United Way. Pre-race festivities will feature magicians, a balloon artist and free massage. The Rat Race after-party will include great food, and prizes for the fastest finishers and best rat costumes.WHAT: 9th Annual Scotiabank Rat Race for United Way WHERE: Scotia Plaza, 40 King St. W.
