Scotiabank BuskerFest officially launches with the Out of the Shadows pin campaign TORONTO, July 21 /CNW/ - Silver Elvis, "Fireguy" Brant Matthews and the band Dirty Dishes will join George Smitherman, MPP Toronto Centre, Mayor David Miller and Scotiabank to launch the Out of the Shadows pin campaign on July 24th, helping to kick-off the 9th annual Scotiabank BuskerFest this August.
