    What:     Scotiabank Caribana(TM) begins. The launch will highlight the
              events that will entertain and energize Toronto over the next
              four weeks. Speeches, musical performances, dance troupes, Mas
              costumes and a special performance by CRAZY will celebrate the
              launch of Scotiabank Caribana(TM).

    Why:      Scotiabank Caribana(TM) is celebrating its 41st year and is one
              of Canada's oldest and most spectacular traditions, enriching
              the city and contributing annually to Toronto's economy.

    Who:      Honourable Peter Fonseca, Minister of Tourism, Government of
              Ontario;
              Honourable David Miller; Mayor of Toronto
              Mr. Joe Mihevc, Councillor Ward 21;
              Mr. Chris Hodgson, Scotiabank Executive Vice-President,

              Mr. Joe Halstead, Chairman, Festival Management Committee;

    When:     Opening ceremonies scheduled to begin at 12:00 p.m. sharp.
              Entertainment and festivities will continue until 2:00 p.m.,
