in residential mortgage interest rates, effective June 13:-   six-month flexible     6.60 per cent     (increases by 0.39 per cent)
    -   six-month open         8.45 per cent     (increases by 0.39 per cent)
    -   one-year open          8.70 per cent     (increases by 0.40 per cent)
    -   one-year closed        6.55 per cent     (increases by 0.40 per cent)
    -   two-year closed        6.65 per cent     (increases by 0.50 per cent)
    -   three-year closed      6.65 per cent     (increases by 0.50 per cent)
    -   four-year closed       6.99 per cent     (increases by 0.40 per cent)
    -   five-year closed       7.15 per cent     (increases by 0.50 per cent)
    -   seven-year closed      7.60 per cent     (increases by 0.25 per cent)
    -   ten-year closed        8.25 per cent     (increases by 0.50 per cent)
