in residential mortgage interest rates, effective May 23:-    six-month flexible    6.21 per cent    (decreases by 0.59 per cent)
    -    six-month open        8.06 per cent    (decreases by 0.59 per cent)
    -    one-year open         8.30 per cent    (decreases by 0.75 per cent)
    -    one-year closed       6.15 per cent    (decreases by 0.75 per cent)
    -    two-year closed       6.15 per cent    (decreases by 0.85 per cent)
    -    three-year closed     6.15 per cent    (decreases by 0.85 per cent)
    -    four-year closed      6.59 per cent    (decreases by 0.26 per cent)
    -    five-year closed      6.65 per cent    (decreases by 0.34 per cent)
