in residential mortgage interest rates, effective December 21:-  6-month flexible/closed   7.05 per cent   (increases by 0.25 per cent)
    -  6-month open              8.90 per cent   (increases by 0.25 per cent)
    -  one-year open             9.45 per cent   (increases by 0.20 per cent)
    -  one-year closed           7.40 per cent   (increases by 0.20 per cent)
    -  two-year closed           7.55 per cent   (increases by 0.20 per cent)
    -  three-year closed         7.55 per cent   (increases by 0.20 per cent)
    -  four-year closed          7.55 per cent   (increases by 0.20 per cent)
    -  five-year closed          7.59 per cent   (increases by 0.20 per cent)
    -  seven-year closed         7.85 per cent   (increases by 0.20 per cent)
    -  ten-year closed           8.69 per cent   (increases by 0.20 per cent)
