in residential mortgage interest rates, effective October 11:-  6-month flexible/closed   6.80 per cent   (increases by 0.10 per cent)
    -  6-month open              8.65 per cent   (increases by 0.10 per cent)
    -  one-year open             9.25 per cent   (increases by 0.10 per cent)
    -  one-year closed           7.20 per cent   (increases by 0.10 per cent)
    -  two-year closed           7.40 per cent   (increases by 0.10 per cent)
    -  three-year closed         7.40 per cent   (increases by 0.10 per cent)
    -  four-year closed          7.40 per cent   (increases by 0.10 per cent)
    -  five-year closed          7.44 per cent   (increases by 0.25 per cent)
    -  seven-year closed         7.65 per cent   (increases by 0.10 per cent)

                 All other mortgage rates remain unchanged.
