Media Advisory - Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon Race Day Schedule and Media Access Information

    TORONTO, Sept. 28 /CNW/ - The 8th annual Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront
Marathon, Half-Marathon and 5km Run/Walk will take place in Toronto this
Sunday September 30, 2007 at 7 a.m. This year, more than 12,000 runners will
compete in the event, be cheered on by over 10,000 spectators along their race
route while raising money for more than 50 charities. More than 1,000
Scotiabank MarathonKIDS will also be completing the final 5k of a marathon
which they have been running intervals of since the start of the school year.Race Start Times

Street)

    7 a.m.       Full Marathon start (42.2 km)
    7 a.m.       Half-Marathon start (21.1 km) with Full Marathon
    7:45 a.m.    5 km Run/Walk start with Scotiabank MarathonKIDS

    Media accreditation and sign-in is in the media/VIP tent, access is from
Simcoe Street just north of Wellington Street (west side stairs) south of Roy
