    Scotiabank changes mortgage rate 
    
    TORONTO, Sept. 14 /CNW/ - Scotiabank announced today the following change
in residential mortgage interest rates, effective September 15:-   five-year closed     7.19 per cent    (decreases by 0.05 per cent)

                 All other mortgage rates remain unchanged.
